Job Summary:

Under the supervision of a Cardiologist/Radiologist, the Cardiovascular Technologist assists with scrubbing procedures and monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures. Ensures procedure rooms are properly prepared, maintains adequate instrument and supply levels, participates in staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and assists in training new staff. Supports both invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures.

Requirements:

ARRT-R with required state licensure or RCIS certification ARRT-CI (Cardiac Interventional Technologist) or ARRT-VI (Vascular Interventional Technologist), or RCI credential required Prior experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Interventional Radiology department required Completion of a Cardiovascular Technologist training program (invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred) Current BLS (AHA) certification required upon hire ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire Strong computer proficiency required Interested?
