Job Description :
Responsibilities Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac and vascular procedures. Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures. Monitor patient condition and hemodynamic data throughout procedures. Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper setup of the Cath Lab. Prepare contrast media, supplies, and equipment for procedures. Accurately document patient information and procedural data. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Follow all hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control standards. Requirements ARRT-R with an active Illinois license or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification. ARRT-CI (Cardiac Interventional Technologist) , ARRT-VI (Vascular Interventional Technologist) , or
RCIS/RCI
certification required. Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience . Graduate of a Cardiovascular Technologist training program (preferred). BLS (AHA) certification required. ACLS certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire). Strong knowledge of invasive cardiology procedures and hemodynamic monitoring. Basic computer proficiency. #
