Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract Advance your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in patient care. This role offers the opportunity to utilize specialized imaging and Cath Lab expertise within a reputable medical setting.
Schedule:
3x12 hour shifts Day shifts
Key Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Current Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety license Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) At least one year of patient care experience necessary Ability to complete radiation safety training within the first 90 days of employment
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced imaging and Cath Lab procedures with accuracy and adherence to established protocols Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Prepare, assess, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures Maintain equipment, supplies, and a sterile workspace according to safety guidelines Support the overall function and efficiency of the Cath Lab, ensuring seamless patient care
