This travel opportunity places you in a dynamic, high-acuity environment where you'll gain hands-on experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center, known for its robust Cardiovascular Intervention program covering Interventional Cardiology, Neurology, Radiology, and Electrophysiology. Schedule:
Day Shift On-Call Rotation (includes weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
What You'll Do:
Verify patient identity, allergies, and procedural consents Prepare equipment and maintain strict sterile technique Monitor and record vital signs; initiate pre-procedural safety checks Assist physicians in all specialties of cardiovascular intervention procedures Administer and monitor medications per physician orders Troubleshoot and operate imaging and physiological monitoring equipment Apply principles of radiation safety for patient and team members Acquire, process, and enhance digital imaging, including 3D reconstructions Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures, vascular access, and post-care Educate and support students and fellow staff
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
IEMA-DNS
Radiography Accreditation ARRT (R), (VI) or (CI) credentials BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Previous experience in a trauma or high-volume setting; Level 1 Trauma exposure preferred
