Job Overview:
This position is responsible for overseeing clinical and accreditation-related activities within the Non-Invasive department. The Technical Director/Clinical Liaison role ensures compliance with IAC standards is met across the region, in addition to maintaining high standards of care, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring staff development. This role is expected to be a role model and exceed the Standards of Performance.
Job Duties:
Some job duties may include but are not limited to: Maintaining IAC Accreditation Host monthly Echo Conference Establish Relationship with Colleges in effort to recruit students Support and staff with new equipment and software upgrades Arrange Educational Offerings for multiple campuses Develop a structured plan with frequent follow-ups and adjustments for each student Availability to assist with equipment troubleshooting at any given time Focus on quality echocardiograms and create action plans for improvement Create and add to/make changes to policies to ensure each policy and protocol is updated and meets IAC standards
Required Certifications/Licenses:
Must be a graduate of a recognized Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or meet clinical experience, didactic course work and alternative eligibility as specified in the ARDMS application for certification intstructions Minimum of five years' of relevant experience as a
