1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Tech with a minimum of 2 years of experience and required ARRT(VI), RCIS, or RTRCI certification for a 13-week travel assignment in Louisville, KY. Details Hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting Rotating schedule: Week 1 is Mon-Fri day shifts from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; Week 2 is Mon-Fri call coverage from 3:30 PM-7:00 AM and Sat-Sun 7:00 AM-7:00 AM 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting Current BLS required One of the following certifications required: ARRT(VI), RCIS, or RTRCI High school diploma or GED preferred License required if applicable Additional Information Responsibilities include preparing patients and procedure rooms for cath lab procedures, scrubbing procedures, and monitoring and recording hemodynamic pressures Role involves addressing health education needs for patients and families, managing patient care assignments, and applying knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions
