1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in invasive cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular procedures, with Epic and Philips equipment experience required. Details Cardiac Cath Lab setting covering Invasive Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Vascular modalities Procedures include stents, ablations, paracentesis, peripheral upper and lower extremity studies, abdominal and pelvic studies, vascular studies, venous access, and hemodynamic monitoring Primary equipment is a Philips single-plane system; Siemens and bi-plane experience preferred Epic EMR experience required 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Weekend requirement once every fifth week Call requirement of 5-8 shifts depending on staffing needs Holiday coverage required No float requirement Requirements Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required; 3 years preferred ARRT or RCIS certification required Current BLS required Louisiana State Radiologic Technology (LSRT) license required if applicable — temporary LSRT accepted (typically issued within 3-5 days upon payment and proof of ARRT certification) Experience with stents, ablations, paracentesis, peripheral vascular studies, venous access, and hemodynamic monitoring required Epic EMR experience required Philips single-plane equipment experience required Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration Copy of driver's license required for consideration Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained Additional Information Scrubs are supplied by the facility Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates Up to 5 days of RTO permitted for this assignment Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be considered
