Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Radiology or Cardiovascular Technology program Current ARRT or RCIS certification required State licensure (if applicable for your profession) BLS and ACLS certification preferred Minimum one year of Cath Lab experience Proficiency with imaging equipment in interventional procedures Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

Operate Cath Lab imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements Ensure high-quality imaging through correct positioning and technique Maintain sterile technique and strict adherence to safety protocols Monitor patient status, providing support throughout procedures Document procedures accurately and maintain organized records Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in daily quality assurance
