Desired Qualifications:
  • Active certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in CVOR or cardiac surgery setting
  • Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during cardiovascular operating room procedures
  • Ensure instrument and equipment sterilization and readiness
  • Maintain a sterile field and adhere strictly to infection control protocols
  • Monitor and anticipate needs of the surgical team during procedures
  • Document procedures, supplies used, and patient information accurately
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless patient care
