Job Description

Cardiac Sonographer Regions Hospital United States, Minnesota, St. Paul Jun 24, 2026 Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN is looking for exceptional, patient focused Cardiac Sonographer to join our Heart Center and make a difference for our patients and our community. As a Cardiac Sonographer at Regions Heart Center, you'll get exposure to a variety of cardiac care procedures and work with a team that is made up of the best cardiologists and heart surgeons. Our staff is key to the exceptional care we provide each patient. Join our team and make good happen! Cardiac Sonographers will perform echocardiographic procedures on adult patients in the Cardiology Noninvasive Laboratory including M-Mode echocardiography, Two-Dimensional echocardiography, contrast echocardiography, pulsed, continuous wave, and color flow doppler echocardiography, stress echocardiography, dobutamine echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and to perform related duties as assigned. This position supports and participates in achieving departmental goals.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:15 PM, on-call, and rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications:
Registration or registry eligible as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or RCS must be obtained within six months of hire. Will be required to become certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited program in echocardiography or a bachelor's degree in life science is preferred.
