Desired Qualifications:
Active CVOR Tech or nursing certification/licensure as required in MS Minimum 1-2 years of recent CVOR Tech or perioperative experience Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instruments and techniques Ability to anticipate surgeon and team needs during procedures Exceptional communication and organizational skills Current BLS and/or ACLS certification (if required)
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub and assist during cardiovascular surgeries in the OR Prepare sterile fields and surgical equipment Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers Monitor equipment and instruments throughout surgical procedures Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
