Sonography Full Job Description Overview:

We're hiring a Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our Cardiovascular Testing team. In this role, you'll use state-of-the-art ultrasound technology to evaluate cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology across multiple ambulatory locations. Working closely with physicians and clinical team members, you'll perform high-quality cardiac and vascular imaging studies that support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care. What you'll do Perform cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations, producing high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established protocols and department standards. Monitor image quality throughout studies, making appropriate adjustments to ensure accurate and complete diagnostic results. Provide safe, compassionate patient care by supporting patient comfort, safety, and understanding throughout the examination process. Accurately document diagnostic findings and enter required information into the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, patient-centered cardiovascular care. Who you are Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Ultrasound or Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound program, or Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Sonography. Minimum of one year of clinical ultrasound experience. Credentialed as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS). Skilled in performing both cardiac and vascular imaging studies while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and infection control.
