1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years of IR experience for a day shift contract at a Level III Trauma Center and teaching hospital. Details Short-term acute care hospital with 733 staffed beds, designated as a Level III Trauma Center and teaching facility Interventional Radiology unit 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Weekends and call shifts required Any missed scheduled shifts may be required to be made up at the manager's discretion Charting via Epic Floating within scope or to like units may be required to meet facility needs 13-week contract Requirements Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required ARRT certification required Valid state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted — license required if applicable SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the main campus to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted Scrubs provided Pre-start online modules required (estimated 4-10 hours) RTO is subject to manager's discretion, with a general maximum of 4 days Only 1 holiday request may be approved per contract Travelers who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 1 year before returning Travelers are limited to 2 consecutive contracts (one extension) before being required to be away for at least 6 months
