Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• TAVR TTE experience scanning pre-TAVR treatment patients with critical aortic stenosis.
• Dedicated inpatient echo work experience is required, documented by institutional referral with a minimum of 200 inpatient cases in echocardiography.
• Proficiency in valvular assessment with strong spectral Doppler and Pedoff skills.
• Experience with contrast echocardiography and agitated saline studies.
• Experience working in a valve center or structural heart facility.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• TEE and stress echo experience.
• Familiarity with 3D echo imaging.
• TAVR, Mitral Clip, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, VAD, and closure device protocols.
• Maintaining ICAEL-accreditation echo lab standards.

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Credentials:

• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred.

Unit Details:

• Adult inpatient echo studies following ASE and IAC guidelines.
• Uses Philips ie33 and Epiq systems.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday schedule.
• No call.

14 days maximum time off 2 Charge/Lead references required
