Qualifications:

Current certification or registry as a Cath Lab Tech, Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), or Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech BLS/CPR certification (required) Practical experience with imaging procedures including fluoroscopy, angiography, and vascular studies Familiarity with operating and maintaining cath lab and radiographic equipment Excellent communication, multitasking, and patient-care skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care setting

Key Responsibilities:

Perform imaging procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angiography, and standard radiographic exams Assist interventional radiologists and cardiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and accuracy at all times Prepare patients for procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort Maintain complete and accurate procedural records in compliance with regulatory guidelines Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to optimize patient outcomes and workflow Uphold strict protocols for infection control and radiation safety
