Cardiac Catheterization Technician in Sandusky, Ohio. Supports cardiologists during interventions, operating equipment, monitoring patients, and ensuring safety. Plays a critical role in cardiac catheterization procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized cardiac catheterization procedures and assist cardiologists during interventions Operate and maintain cardiac catheterization equipment, ensuring all devices function correctly Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout procedures Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering questions Document procedure details accurately and assist with post-procedure patient care
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ohio Radiologic Tech license BLS certification CPR certification Minimum 1-year experience as Cardiac Catheterization Technician or similar role Ability to work scheduled shifts Strong technical skills Excellent communication skills
