Job Description

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia is a professional medical organization committed to the healing mission of Medicine. CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia area. We are currently hiring for a Lead Registered/Certified Cardiac Sonographer. Please note this role requires traveling. This position is entitled to a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities Responsible for department facility, equipment and continuous quality improvement. Supervise daily operations of the Echocardiography program including clinical care schedule, flow and processes. Collaborate with staff and physicians to improve Echo processes and to resolve issues as they arise. Monitor daily work volume and adjust assignments accordingly Develop staffing recommendations/justifications to modify scheduling guidelines, practices, and models. Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new employees Lead the Echo Quality Assurance program in collaboration with the Technical and Medical Director and assist in ICAEL reaccreditation. Maintain everyday readiness compliance with all regulatory agencies regarding patient care, safety, confidentiality, DOH & TJC requirements, etc. Checks email daily to ensure open communication with other CCP staff. Always respects patients' right to privacy and confidentiality. Requirements RDMS ( Required ) ARDMS (Required) BLS (Required) Must have at least 5+ years of experience Must have the ability to multitask Computer knowledge is a must Experience with an EMR system is a plus Benefits Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.
Job Type:
Full-time If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
