CVOR Scrub Tech / Surgical Technologist Charleston SC Required Skills & Education High School Diploma or GED One of the following is required: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program OR Completion of an approved Surgical Technology training program through a U.S. Military branch (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard) Required Certifications NBSTSA - Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

CVOR Scrub Tech Job Summary Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the CVOR by following established surgical and hospital standards. Work closely with nurses, physicians, and the surgical team to support patient care before, during, and after procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist RN with planning and coordinating patient care Perform scrubbing duties and maintain strict aseptic technique Prepare, manage, and account for surgical instruments and supplies Communicate patient and procedural information to the surgical team Support teamwork and deliver excellent patient and customer service Serve as a clinical preceptor for scrub staff as assigned Maintain cleanliness and proper care of OR equipment and environment Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of OR policies, procedures, and safety standards Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Medications are not handled in this role #IND2

Pay:

Up to $2,529.80 per week
