Shift Information:

The position is full time working four 10-hour shifts. Call Required. Currently offering a sign on bonus for qualifying full time Cath Lab Techs.

Provides for patient safety and high-quality testing. Also responsible for the operation all x-ray equipment, scrubbing-in to assist the physician in complex angiographic procedures, and the provision of safe and effective care of the patient having invasive or non-invasive special procedures in the Cath Lab to include the immediate pre-procedure period, during the procedure, and immediately following the procedure.

Required Education:

Graduate of accredited school of radiology, nursing or certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.

Preferred Education:

ARRT, RN, or RCIS Required Skills:

Basic computer keyboard skills.

Preferred Skills:

Meditech proficiency Required Licensure/Registration/Certificatio n: Certified Medical Radiology Technologist, LVN, RN, Cardiovascular Tech I, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist. Certified in

Basic Life Support Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:

Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) Cardio-Vascular Certified RN (CVRN)

Required Experience:

Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab clinical experience

Preferred Experience:

Two or more years' experience in a hospital Cardiac Cath Lab unit IND123
