Qualifications:
At least one year of experience as a CVOR Tech or in a surgical tech role within cardiovascular surgery Valid certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or CVOR Tech (where required) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cardiovascular operating room procedures Assist surgical teams during complex cardiovascular surgeries Ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and supplies Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to deliver quality patient care Follow protocols for infection control and patient safety
