Required Qualifications:

Current certification as a CVOR Tech or equivalent Recent experience in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting Proficiency with surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and assisting surgeons BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (additional credentials may be required) Strong communication skills and adaptability to rapidly changing OR environments

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons by preparing cardiovascular surgical suites and instruments Scrub and circulate as necessary during cardiovascular procedures Ensure strict adherence to sterility and infection control protocols Collaborate closely with RNs, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to support optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation related to procedures and patient care
