Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; typical hours will be discussed during interview process
Qualifications/Experience:
Valid CVOR Tech certification and current state licensure (if applicable) Minimum of one year recent experience as a CVOR Tech in a surgical or hospital setting Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterile techniques, and cardiovascular procedures Excellent team collaboration, communication, and adaptability to fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and inventory all surgical instruments and equipment for cardiovascular procedures Assist surgeons and nurses in setup, intraoperative tasks, and patient care during cardiac and vascular surgeries Maintain strict aseptic and sterile standards throughout procedures Ensure patient safety and accuracy with surgical counts, supplies, and equipment management Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical operations
