As a full-time, permanent employee, you will play a vital role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating room by setting up surgical instruments and equipment Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, sponges, and other supplies Monitor and maintain sterile field throughout surgery Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide necessary supplies and equipment Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for sterilization Assist with patient positioning and prepping for surgery Document and maintain accurate records of surgical procedures Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training

Qualifications:
