1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technician with strong cardiac and EP scrub experience for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting. Details Hospital-based Cardiac Cath Lab unit Procedures include cardiac catheterization and EP cases, with both scrubbing and monitoring responsibilities Epic EMR 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Call required based on department needs, currently averaging 2-3 weekday call shifts and every 2nd or 3rd weekend Holiday call coverage on a rotating basis shared with regular staff May be required to float within skill set to on-site units or to facilities within 40 miles Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience Strong scrub experience with cardiac and EP cases required Ability to pan and experience monitoring cases required Prior travel experience preferred Active BLS certification (AHA required) Active ACLS certification (AHA required) RCIS certification required Epic EMR experience required License required if applicable Additional Information Scrub cardiac and EP cases and perform case monitoring responsibilities Local candidates are accepted; however, a radius rule applies and may affect the pay rate — contact your recruiter for details Candidates must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address Two professional references required for consideration A copy of your Driver's License is required for consideration Full SSN and full DOB are required for consideration
