Job Description

Seeking a skilled Social Services Clinician for a Level IV Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Alaska. Provide assessments, diagnoses, brief therapy, and discharge planning for patients from birth to elder. Coordinate care with hospital teams and community partners, advocating for clients and supporting cultural wellness. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and billing standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, staff trainings, and ensure seamless care transitions. Requirements include a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, licensure or in-process licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT), and clinical competency within 3 months.
