Job Description

Treatment Coordinator Hillside Orthodontics — Fayetteville, AR ~30 hours/week $24-$30/hour, depending on experience Starting fall 2026 We're a brand-new orthodontic practice opening in Fayetteville this fall, and we're looking for the person who will sit across from our patients at the moment that matters most—when they're deciding to say yes. The treatment coordinator is the bridge between meeting Hillside and becoming part of it. You'll run consultations, walk families through their treatment and their options, explain what things cost and how to pay for them, and help people feel confident about a decision that's often a little nerve-wracking. When someone leaves your office, they should feel informed and looked-after, never sold to. That's the whole job, and it's harder than it sounds. You'll also keep the front of the house running—scheduling, phones, insurance, the steady rhythm of a practice that's just getting started. In a three-person office, everyone wears a few hats. But your center of gravity is the consult chair and the case start. What you'll do Lead new-patient consultations and present treatment plans clearly and warmly Walk families through fees, financing, and insurance so the money conversation feels honest, not awkward Follow up with patients deciding whether to start, and help them get to yes when it's right for them Coordinate scheduling, intake, and the day-to-day flow of the front office Verify insurance and keep patient records accurate and current Be the friendly, steady first voice patients hear and last face they see What we're looking for Prior orthodontic or dental front-office experience—this role requires it A natural communicator who's genuinely good with people and comfortable talking about money Someone organized and calm who can juggle a consult, a phone line, and a waiting room without losing the warmth Comfort learning practice-management software and the systems of a modern office A self-starter who's excited to help build something from the ground up What we offer $24-$30 per hour, based on your experience A monthly health insurance stipend Paid time off, built around our planned practice closures
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Benefits:
Paid sick time Paid time off Uniform allowance
Work Location:
In person
