This is much more than a traditional front desk position. We're looking for someone with a contagious personality who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth, enthusiasm, and a smile. Answer phones professionally and confidently while creating a great first impression. Schedule appointments efficiently to help keep our providers' schedules full. Build relationships with patients that encourage trust, loyalty, and referrals. Represent Valley Urgent Dental in the community by visiting local businesses, schools, and organizations to introduce our office and distribute marketing materials. Help coordinate community outreach events and promotional opportunities. Support the team in creating an upbeat, positive office culture where patients feel valued. Passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A team player who enjoys contributing to a fun, supportive workplace. Bilingual. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in dental or medical front office.
