A Place At Home is looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our Little Rock office. In this role, you'll work closely with our scheduling team to help keep daily operations running smoothly and make sure our clients and caregivers have the support they need. What You'll Do Work closely with schedulers and the office team Help manage our scheduling and care management system Assist with caregiver schedules, open shifts, and schedule changes Help handle caregiver call-outs and last-minute staffing needs Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families Keep information and schedules accurate and up to date Support the team with daily office and coordination tasks Occasionally fill caregiving shifts if needed. (teamwork!)
