In this vital role, you will serve as a central point of contact for residents, families, and staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care tailored to each individual's needs. Your leadership will foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being, safety, and dignity. You will coordinate clinical services, oversee care plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents across various care settings. Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, therapy, social work, and medical providers to coordinate comprehensive care delivery. Oversee resident assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Manage daily operations related to resident care, including intake procedures, discharge planning, and utilization review processes. Supervise and support nursing staff and care teams to ensure adherence to nursing policies, safety protocols, and quality standards Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to promote transparency and satisfaction with care services. Ensure compliance with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of medical records and treatment plans. Upkeep medication compliance such as cycle fill and med cart audits Oversee staffing schedule Requirements Proven experience working in senior living certified caregiver, valid fingerprint card, food handlers, cpr/fa and able to pass a background check. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings.
