Manage daily operations related to resident care, including intake procedures, discharge planning, and utilization review processes. Supervise and support nursing staff and care teams to ensure adherence to nursing policies, safety protocols, and quality standards Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to promote transparency and satisfaction with care services. Ensure compliance with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of medical records and treatment plans. Upkeep medication compliance such as cycle fill and med cart audits Oversee staffing schedule Requirements Proven experience working in senior living certified caregiver, valid fingerprint card, food handlers, cpr/fa and able to pass a background check. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings.
