DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

This is a full-time position: Monday and Thursday 10 AM-6 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM-5 PM. As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll lead patient consultations, guiding individuals through treatment options with clarity and care, helping them feel confident in their decisions. You'll build and present financial arrangements, track case progress and follow-ups, and ensure every patient's onboarding experience is seamless from the first visit forward. Working side-by-side with the Scheduling Coordinator and front desk team, you'll help create a cohesive, welcoming environment where patients feel supported every step of the way. We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications : 2+ years of experience in an orthodontic practice (treatment coordination, front desk, or patient-facing role) Experience with practice management software, familiarity with orthodontic treatment planning and terminology, a proven record of strong case acceptance, and knowledge of orthodontic billing codes and payment structures are preferred.
