Job Description

We are a busy, patient-focused dental office in Tempe seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator to join our front office team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a strong, productive hygiene schedule and supporting both our patients and clinical team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining the hygiene schedule with a strong focus on keeping it full and productive Scheduling and confirming hygiene appointments Answering multi-line phones professionally and efficiently Verifying dental insurance and eligibility related to hygiene visits Collecting patient portions and processing payments Educating patients on recommended hygiene visits and re-care Maintaining accurate patient records Providing excellent customer service and a positive patient experience What we're looking for: Self-motivated and dependable, able to take ownership of the hygiene schedule Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to proactively fill openings and reduce cancellations and no-shows Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Dental front office or hygiene scheduling experience is required. Experience with Eaglesoft is required. We are looking for a proactive, accountable individual who can manage responsibilities independently and keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
