Job Description
Job Summary Our Treatment Coordinators play a key role in supporting a two-person operations team to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of daily office activities for their assigned provider. This position works collaboratively to assist with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks, helping ensure that all processes are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused, with a strong ability to follow systems and support shared goals. Key Responsibilities Provide general support to the lead coordinator to ensure daily tasks and workflows are completed accurately and on time Assist with scheduling patient appointments Support appointment confirmations and patient communication efforts Help maintain an organized and accurate schedule by assisting with follow-ups and reactivation efforts Assist with end-of-visit processes, including collecting payments and helping coordinate next appointments Support insurance verification and basic administrative documentation as needed Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Help maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure recurring and future appointments are properly scheduled Team Collaboration Work closely with lead coordinator and back office staff to support daily priorities and ensure all responsibilities are completed Follow established systems and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency Provide flexible support where needed to help the team meet overall performance goals
Position Expectations:
This role is designed to support a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities may vary day-to-day based on team needs, with a primary focus on assisting in the completion of tasks, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to an efficient and positive patient experience. Requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support shared responsibilities Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Dental knowledge preferred, but not requiredPhysical Demands:
Ability to sit up to 10hrs per day Ability to communicate up to 10hrs per day Repetitive motion (hands, typing) Handling (grasping, holding) Lifting/Carrying (up to 5lbs)Schedule:
Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday-Saturday (4 days, 10 hour days)Pay:
$17.50-$21.00(DOE)+Bonus Pay:
$17.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
