What You'll Be Doing As the welcoming face of our office, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth and joyful experience for our patients and families.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism Managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries Coordinating treatment plans and financial arrangements Verifying insurance and assisting with billing processes Keeping the front office organized, clean, and cheerful Supporting the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For We're searching for a friendly, reliable, and organized individual who truly enjoys helping people and creating a great first impression.

Qualifications:
