Full Job Description Qualifications:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Practice Web software
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments for patients
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
- Proficient in Practice Web software for scheduling and patient management
- Experience in Dental scheduling or Dental administrative support preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient service
- Previous experience as a dental Treatment Corrdinator is a must
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices
- Knowledge of Dental terminology is beneficial for effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$25.00- $30.
