Full Job Description Qualifications:
  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using Practice Web software
  • Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
  • Collect and process patient payments and insurance information
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
  • Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments for patients
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
Skills:
  • Proficient in Practice Web software for scheduling and patient management
  • Experience in Dental scheduling or Dental administrative support preferred
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient service
  • Previous experience as a dental Treatment Corrdinator is a must
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices
  • Knowledge of Dental terminology is beneficial for effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
