Job Description

Position Overview:
We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice—and a key player in helping patients feel informed, cared for, and supported every step of the way. Must be dependable with Billing experience. This role is critical to our practice, as you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in billing and treatment coordination.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner with a smile and making their day better. Coordinating schedules and confirming appointments efficiently Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently Handling dental insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up Handling patient accounts, collections, and financial arrangements Managing insurance verification, billing, and claims follow-up Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with exceptional customer service, professionalism and heart Maintaining accurate patient records and updating records Assisting with recall when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience in treatment planning and patient communication Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail Experience with dental practice management software-Dentrix is a PLUS Someone who's upbeat, dependable, and detail-obsessed A great communicator who knows how to build patient trust Min 3 years experience . - Employee training & development - A fun & rewarding workplace
