Dental Treatment Coordinator - with dental experience

We are looking for high-quality treatment coordinator candidates who can confidently present treatment, connect with patients, and drive case acceptance with a strong sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and explain dental treatment plans and associated costs to patients clearly and confidently. Schedule patient appointments in coordination with providers and patient availability. Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and financial options. Follow up with patients regarding treatment acceptance and pending treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Support front desk duties such as answering phones, checking patients in/out, and verifying insurance. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a dental office. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
