In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them through the appointment scheduling process, answering their questions to ensure patient scheduling, and maximizing patient engagement. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships, improve clinic efficiency, and support overall patient satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced dental environment. Responsibilities Actively engage with prospective patients via phone, email, and text to convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. Coordinate appointment scheduling dental software. Assist patients with insurance verification, including understanding dental insurance coverage such as PPO, HMO and Medical, and explain billing procedures when necessary. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointment details, and follow-ups Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper care plans are prepared and documented prior to patient visits. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette, and managing front desk responsibilities as needed. Experience Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly preferred, especially within dental or outpatient healthcare settings. Must speak Spanish Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are necessary to provide clear information and foster positive patient interactions.
