Job Type:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Pay range $23-$26 + monthly bonuses + comprehensive benefits package. Ortho Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:

Assist in treatment planning and coordination for orthodontic patients. Familiarity with financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club. Proficiency in electronic billing and strong billing knowledge. Ability to meet monthly production and collection goals. Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus! Experience with Dentical, PPO, and HMO billing processes.

Desired Profile/Background:

Passion for working with children and creating positive dental experiences. Previous dental front office experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Bilingual in Spanish is desired. Availability to work 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.
