Dental Treatment Coordinator - Join Our Amazing Team! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice! If you enjoy building relationships with patients, helping them understand their treatment, and contributing to a positive team environment, we'd love to meet you.
Position:
Dental Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and compassion Verify dental insurance benefits and estimate patient financial responsibility Discuss financing options and collect payments Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize the doctor's schedule Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding treatment plans Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
Qualifications:
Previous dental treatment coordinator or dental front office experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Excellent communication and sales skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude with a patient-first approach Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
