Job Description
A top notched, state of the art endodontic practice with offices in Palm Springs, CA and Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator with computer and people skills. We offer benefits including holiday pay, medical insurance, sick pay, retirement, bonuses and vacation. This position will be a 5-day work week. Daily tasks, but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls, schedule patient appointments and manage the schedule
- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Verify insurance coverage and submit insurance claims electronically
Experience:
- Previous experience and knowledge of dental terminology is a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
