Responsibilities Collaborate with dental professionals to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Assist patients in understanding their financial options and insurance benefits related to dental procedures Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment timelines to optimize patient flow and practice productivity Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, patient communications, and billing information Support the administrative team by managing patient inquiries, follow-up calls, and appointment confirmations Ensure compliance with medical and dental terminology standards during documentation and communication Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive experience for every patient from initial consultation through treatment completion Qualifications Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures Proven ability to support medical administrative functions with accuracy and professionalism Excellent office experience with proficiency in scheduling software, electronic health records, or practice management systems Familiarity with dental insurance processes and treatment planning is a plus Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
$27.06 - $32.59 per hour
