In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will ensure a seamless patient experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. You will coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate communication between patients and the dental team, all while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care and support the smooth operation of our dental practice. Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly, answer their questions, and provide clear explanations of treatment options and procedures Schedule appointments efficiently using patient management software and confirm upcoming visits via phone or email Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and assist patients with health insurance inquiries in accordance with policy guidelines Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure all patient information complies with health regulation policies and confidentiality standards Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and billing procedures Manage phone communication professionally, addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively Support administrative tasks such as data entry, typing reports, and maintaining organized patient files Skills Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare administrative processes Strong knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance policies, and health regulation standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and experience with patient management software or Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse patients Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient records Skilled in phone communication, client interaction, and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Typing speed and accuracy to support documentation needs effectively Join us in delivering outstanding dental care by ensuring every patient feels valued, informed, and cared for throughout their journey.
