ADC Standard Package + Office Bonus Structure Your Role As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. From presenting treatment plans with confidence to helping patients fit their care into their budgets, you'll ensure each patient feels informed, supported, and valued. You'll also help maintain smooth patient flow, warmly greet patients, and build meaningful relationships that make every visit welcoming.

Key Responsibilities Plan Presentation:

Present and review treatment plans with patients in a clear, supportive, and confident manner.

Financial Guidance:

Educate patients on their insurance benefits and financial options; help them fit necessary treatment into their budgets.

Patient Experience:

Ensure a smooth patient flow from check-in to departure and maintain a welcoming environment.

Relationship Building:

Build strong, empathetic relationships with patients based on communication and trust.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the dental team to maintain office efficiency and uphold the highest standards of care.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator (Required).

Communication:

Strong ability to explain complex treatments and financial breakdowns clearly and confidently.

Soft Skills:

Compassionate, personable, and focused on building long-term patient relationships.
