Schedule This is a full-time position Monday-Friday Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunities for professional development and growth within the practice Health benefits package Paid time off and holiday pay Positive and supportive work environment Qualifications and Skills Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software. Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude. Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach. Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management. Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient services. Punctual and reliable in all professional dealings. Bilingual in either Spanish or Russian preferred. Job Responsibilities Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients. Possess in-depth knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial arrangements Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure seamless communication within the team and between patients and orthodontists. Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
