Resident Services Coordinator - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Vista Harden Ranch Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, organized, and hands-on Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Join our team and receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus , paid in installments based on continued employment and successful completion of designated employment milestones. Additional eligibility terms and conditions apply. Position Summary The Resident Services Coordinator works closely with the Resident Services Director and Executive Director to coordinate resident care and support the day-to-day operations of the Resident Services department. This position serves as an important resource for residents, families, Caregivers, Medication Technicians, physicians, pharmacies, and outside healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team leader who is comfortable being present on the floor, coaching staff, following up on resident needs, and maintaining compliance with state and community standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate resident care and monitor changes in residents' physical and emotional needs. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, home health, hospice, and other healthcare providers. Supervise, support, coach, and provide direction to Caregivers and Medication Technicians. Assist with staff scheduling and ensure appropriate department coverage. Support interviewing, onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing education of care staff. Ensure staff follow resident care plans, medication procedures, safety practices, and community policies. Coordinate prescription orders with physicians and pharmacy providers. Monitor medication storage and medication-related processes. Assist with maintaining resident records and required documentation. Help ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and licensing requirements. Participate in regulatory surveys and assist with maintaining survey readiness.
