Front Desk / Patient Coordinator & Practice Growth Leader Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and personable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while helping grow our practice. This is more than a traditional front desk position—we are looking for someone who can take ownership, build systems, and contribute to the long-term success of our office. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out. Present treatment plans confidently and professionally, helping patients understand their recommended care and financial options. Build and improve office systems and workflows that increase efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth. Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized patient schedule. Follow up with patients regarding treatment, appointments, and outstanding care. Work closely with the doctor and team to achieve practice goals. Participate in community outreach and outside marketing to attract new patients and strengthen relationships within the community. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with daily administrative tasks. Qualifications Previous dental or healthcare experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently discuss and present treatment plans or a willingness to learn. Outstanding customer service and phone skills. Self-motivated with leadership potential and strong problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with marketing and community outreach to help grow the practice. $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
