Responsibilities Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. Oversee daily resident activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being are prioritized at all times. Supervise caregiving staff, providing guidance, training, staffing, and support to uphold high standards of care and service delivery. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage medication administration, health assessments, and treatment schedules. Monitor compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and community policies related to assisted living, nursing home standards, and long-term care operations. Facilitate communication between residents, families, staff, and external healthcare providers to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Manage operational aspects such as budgeting for resident services, maintaining documentation for audits, and overseeing resource allocation for optimal care delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or group home environments with a focus on senior or memory care.
