Boulder, CO Pay:
$24•$30 per hour (depending on experience) Table Mesa Dental is a doctor-owned, growth-focused dental practice opening in Boulder in early 2026. We are intentionally building a flagship practice designed for long-term stability, ethical dentistry, and a calm, professional work environment. We are hiring a full-time Treatment Coordinators to play a key role in new-patient flow, treatment coordination, and patient follow-through. This is not a sales role and not a chaotic front desk position. This is a structured, professional coordination role for someone who values clarity, systems, and doing things the right way. About the Role Treatment Coordinators at Table Mesa Dental help patients move forward with care by providing clear, confident, and ethical guidance around treatment plans, scheduling, and financial logistics. You will work closely with doctors and dental assistants to ensure: New patients are scheduled efficiently Treatment plans are clearly explained Follow-up is consistent and organized Patients feel informed and supported — not pressured This role is accountable to results, but within a non-sales, non-pressure environment. What You'll Be Responsible For New Patient & Phone Coordination Answer inbound calls and convert new-patient inquiries into scheduled appointments Maintain fast response times and high phone conversion Support strong new-patient flow from marketing Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans clearly and calmly Explain fees, insurance benefits, and payment options accurately Coordinate same-day treatment when appropriate Track and follow up on unscheduled treatment and appointments Systems & Follow-Through Maintain organized tracking of patient status and next steps Coordinate closely with doctors and dental assistants Use systems to prevent dropped balls or missed follow-ups Participate in training, role-playing, and process improvement Schedule & Work Structure Full-time, hourly position Guaranteed scheduled hours On-site role during clinic hours
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM•4:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•2:00 PM No nights No weekends If you are scheduled, you are paid. Operational risk and volume variability live with leadership — not the TC. What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience is required Experience in treatment coordination, front desk, scheduling, insurance coordination, or a similar patient-facing dental role Comfort discussing dental treatment, insurance benefits, and financial logistics with patients This role is a great fit if you: Have experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk Lead, or similar role Are confident communicating with patients about treatment and finances Are organized, reliable, and calm under pressure Are comfortable with KPIs related to phone conversion and follow-up Prefer systems and structure over chaos Want a long-term role in a growing, professional practice This role is not a fit if you are looking for: A commission-driven sales position High-pressure closing tactics Unstructured or reactive workdays Remote or flexible on-site expectations Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $24•$30 per hour , depending on experience Guaranteed hours and predictable schedule Health insurance, dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Training, support, and growth opportunities KPI tracking is used for clarity and coaching — not fear or pressure.
