Our team of experienced physicians is committed to delivering high-quality services and achieving successful surgical outcomes for patients throughout the region. Office Lead / Surgical Care Coordinator We're seeking an experienced Office Lead / Surgical Care Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day flow of our busy three-provider surgical practice (one ENT surgeon and two General Surgeons). This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys supporting both patients and staff while ensuring efficient clinic and surgical operations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily front and back office operations. Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures. Obtain insurance authorizations and verify benefits. Serve as the primary resource for office staff and assist with training. Ensure an exceptional patient experience from consultation through surgery. Work closely with physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and referring offices. Manage provider schedules and clinic workflow. Assist with problem-solving and process improvement. Maintain compliance with practice policies and documentation standards. Qualifications 3+ years of medical office experience (surgical specialty preferred). Surgery scheduling and insurance authorization experience required. Previous experience leading or mentoring a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Salary $25/hour
