Our administrative staff are just as integral to our success as our physical therapists. Ideal candidate for the position is an individual with exceptional customer and patient care skills, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented interested in a long-term position with potential for growth.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications Possess strong organizational skills Be punctual, dependable and reliable Be able to efficiently multi-task Possess basic math skills; must be able to use standard office equipment. Able to utilize a web-based EMR system Must be able to effectively use computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) Medical administrative knowledge or background a plus Able to work independently and as a team player Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette Excellent communication skills Medical Billing skills a bonus! What you will be doing? As a Care Coordinator, you will provide amazing customer service for patients from their first interaction through their last. You are the first and last impression for our patients and must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Make our patients feel welcomed and valued, while also controlling the flow of the appointment. All patient phone calls and emails are responded to within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. While you are working at the front desk, you greet all patients who enter the clinic. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. You maintain a high copay collections rate. You show up ten minutes early and you understand the urgency behind our patient's need for help and healthcare You enter patient data with a high accuracy rate. Verifying benefits through both online and phone systems Basic office maintenance Work with PTs to maintain schedules What are we looking for? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality Someone who is hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented You have a passion for helping others Great direct and honest communication skills and friendly personality You have great attention to detail Self motivated and has a willingness to go above and beyond You enjoy seeking out an opportunity to make an impact daily and connecting with people BA/BS degree preferred, not required
